摘要
本文依据双因素理论,结合北京市社区专职工作者的现状,以座谈、访谈和问卷的形式进行了调研。通过调研发现社区专职工作者激励机制的相关问题,从而尝试性地提出建议,希望能对社区专职工作者激励机制的研究有所贡献。
In this paper, based on two-factor theory, combined with the status of full-time community workers in Beijing. We conducted an investigation by interviews and questionnaires, finding issues related to the community through research. The paper makes some suggestion that hopes to contribute to the study on full-time community workers incentives.
