龙珠果不同入药部位中牡荆素的含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的测定龙珠果植物的茎、叶中牡荆素的含量,以确定其最佳入药部位。方法采用HPLC法,依利特BDS C-18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸(33:67),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长340 nm。结果在0.002~0.08 g/L范围内,牡荆素呈现良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.14%。结论此法简便,快速,准确,可用于龙珠果药材中牡荆素的含量测定。 Objective To determine the content of vitexin from the stem and leaf of Passiflora foetida Linn., to confirm the best medicinal part. Methods HPLC was adopted with Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and 0.1% phosphate(volume ratio of 33:67). The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The UV detective wavelength was 340 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship within 0.002-0.08 g/L of the content of vitexin(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 99.79 %, with RSD of 1.14 %. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the determination of vitexin in Passiflora foetida Linn..
