摘要 多糖是存在于天然植物和真菌中的成分。20世纪80年代起,发现有些多糖有抗癌的生物活性,因此受到生物化学家的关注。最新研究表明:β-1,3-D-葡聚糖有独特的生物治疗效应。文章介绍了β-1,3-D-葡聚糖的来源、提取纯化研究,综述了其天然生物治疗效应机制及应用研究新进展。β-1,3-D-葡聚糖在肿瘤生物治疗中的应用,是国际生物治疗前沿研究的新途径。 Polysaccharides are constituents existing in natural plants and fungi. Since the 80's of 20 th century, some anti-cancer bioactivity of polysaccharides had been found, which brought about an attention by biochemists. A new research indicated that β-1,3-D-glucan had specific biotherapeutic effects. In this paper, the source and extraction and purification of β-1,3-D-glucan are introduced. The mechanism of natural biotherapeutic effects and the recent advance in application of β-1,3-D-glucan are also reviewed. The application of β-1,3-D-glucan in anti-cancer biotherapy is a new pathway of international frontier research on biotherapy.
