某医院护士乳房自检相关知识与实施现状调查

Survey of status quo of related knowledge and implementation of nurses on breast self-examination in a hospital

[目的]了解护士乳房自检相关知识的掌握情况及实施情况。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,按照整群抽样方法对广州某三级甲等医院150名女护士进行调查。[结果]护士乳房自检相关知识得分为54.89分±18.17分;妇产科护士乳房自检相关知识得分高于其他科室护士(P<0.05);14.0%的护士每个月定期进行乳房自检,86.0%的护士偶尔进行乳房自检或不做乳房自检。[结论]护士乳房自检相关知识的掌握情况及乳房自检实施状况欠佳,应加强对护士乳房自检重要性的宣教,提高护士对乳房自检的重视程度。

Objective：To know about grasping state and implementation of related knowledge of nurses on breast self examination.Methods：Self designed questionnaire was used and a total of 150 female nurses in a third - grade A hospital in Guangzhou were investigated according to cluster sampling method.Results：The score of breast self-examination related knowledge of nurses was 54.89 ±18.17.And the score of nurses in department of gynecology and obstetrics was higher than that of nurses in other departments（P 〈0.05）.14.0% nurses had breast self examina-tion monthly,while 86.0% nurses did it occasionally or didn’t do it at all.Conclusion：The grasping state and implementation state of nurse on breast self examination related knowledge are not good enough.We should strengthen reinforce the importance of breast self examination missionary for nurses and enhance nurses’emphasis on breast self ex-amination.
