介绍创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的定义,针对地震造成的儿童PTSD的特殊临床表现,结合护理心理学知识,概括并总结心理干预对地震儿童创伤后应激障碍自我恢复的研究进展,以促进儿童PTSD的自我恢复。

It introduced the definition of posttraumatic stress disorder（ PTSD）.Aiming at the special clinical manifestations of PTSD in children caused by the earthquake and combining with nursing psychological knowl-edge,it generalized and summarized the research progress on effect of psy-chological intervention for self recovery of posttraumatic stress disorder in children after earthquake,aims to promote self recovery of their PTSD in children.
