集束干预在减轻糖尿病病人血糖测定疼痛中的应用

Application of cluster intervention in relieving pain of diabetic patients during blood glucose determination

[目的]探讨集束干预在减轻糖尿病病人血糖测定疼痛中的应用效果。[方法]将120例糖尿病病人按住院时间分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用手指血糖测定的常规操作流程进行采血,观察组采用集束干预策略优化后的流程进行采血,比较两组病人疼痛评分和对血糖测定的满意度。[结果]观察组病人的疼痛评分低于对照组,且对血糖测定的满意度高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在指尖快速血糖测定的过程中实施集束干预策略,可降低病人的疼痛程度,提高病人的满意度。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of cluster inter-vention for relieving pain of diabetic patients during blood glucose determi-nation.Methods：A total of 120 cases of diabetic patients were divided into control group and observation group based on the length of stay.The pa-tients in control group received blood collecting by the routine operation process of finger blood glucose determination,whlie the patients in observa-tion group received the optimized process after cluster intervention,and then to compare the patients’pain score and satisfaction to blood glucose determination between both groups.Results：The patients’pain score in ob-servation group was lower than that in control group,and the patients had a higher satisfaction to glucose determination,there was statistically signifi-cant difference compared with control group （P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion：The implementation of cluster interventions during fast blood glucose determi-nation in the fingertips can relieve patients’pain and improve their satisfac-tion.
