试验选用1日龄海蓝褐蛋雏鸡120只,分为4个组,每组30只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加益生素107cfu·kg-1、黄芪多糖300 mg·kg-1、益生素5×106cfu·kg-1+黄芪多糖150 mg·kg-1,试验周期为50 d。试验结果表明,益生素和黄芪多糖均能提高雏鸡的生长性能,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组较对照组均能显著提高免疫器官指数、抗体滴度和血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05),而以益生素+黄芪多糖组效果最好,较对照组能提高胸腺指数>25%,法氏囊指数>14%,溶菌酶含量提高35%,抗体效价则要提高1个滴度。
This experiment selected ooe hundred and twenty one day-old blue brown egg chickens, divided in- to -4 groups, 30 chickens in each group, the control group was fed with basic diet, the experiment groups were fed with based diet supplemented with prebiotics 10^7 cfu·g^-1, astragalus polysaccharides 300mg·kg^-1, probiotics 5×10^6 cfu·g^-1 +APS 150 mg·kg^-1 seperately, test cycle of 50 days. The results showed that probiotics and polysaccharide could enhance the chickens on growth performance, but the difference was not significant; compared to the control group, the experiments| group could significantly increase the immune organ index and degree of antibody and serum lysozyme content, and the effeut in the best of probiotics+astragalus polysaccharides group, it had 25% more than the control group in the thymus index, bursa of fabricius index by more than 14%, lysozyme content increased 35%, the antibody titer is high above 1 drop degrees.
