摘要
页岩/吸波剂混合比和微波功率两个因素对升温特性和微波干馏产物的产率都有一定的作用。以桦甸油页岩为研究对象,以石墨为吸波剂,在自行搭建的微波干馏实验台上,通过正交实验比较研究了页岩/吸波剂混合比和微波功率两个因素对升温特性和微波干馏产物的产率影响的相对大小。结果表明:微波功率在油页岩干馏过程中所起的作用较大,微波功率越高,油页岩干馏的越彻底。微波功率和石墨配比量对页岩油产率的影响基本相当,其对干馏的影响主要体现在所得气体和半焦产率方面。油页岩在微波加热过程中,其温升经历了快速升温、平台期和慢速升温三个阶段,功率越高平台期越短,微波功率对温升有明显的影响,石墨配比量的影响不明显。
The proportion of oil shale and absorbing reagents and microwave power has certain influence on the heating characteristics and dry distillation products. In order to research the influence of the two elements on the heating characteristics and dry distillation product,orthogonal experiments were done on the experimental table with the mixture of Hudian oil shale and graphite. The results showed that:microwave power played a sig-nificant part in the oil shale dry distillation and the higher the microwave power temperature was, the more complete the dry distillation. The microwave power and graphite ratio had the similar influence on the produc-tion ratio of Shale oil and the predominant influence on the dry distillation was the production ratio of the gases and the carbocoal. The oil shale had three heating stages:fast-heating stage, constant-temperature stage and low-heating rate stage and the constant-temperature stage decreased along with the rise of the microwave power. Compared with the ratio of the graphite,the influence of the microwave power on the heating character-istics was obvious.
