摘要
高职教学督导工作,其面关联着学校和社会(行业企业),其点连接着教师和学生,"面"与"点"的关系是否和谐,"督"与"导"的职能是否通达,需要建立生态型的体制保障。本文从督导的工作理念、工作机制、工作形态和工作团队四方面探讨了提高督导工作质量的措施,提出高职教学督导工作的生态建设重在"督"与"导"、"教"与"督"、"课堂"与"课外"、"专家"与"行家"的机理建构。
With reference to teaching supervision in higher vocational college, on the one hand it is related to the colleges and the society ( trades and enterprises) on the “whole area” level, and on the other hand, it links teachers and students on the “selected spots” level. It is urgent to establish ecological system to guarantee the harmony of “whole area” and “selected spots”, and to fulfill smooth function of “supervision” and “instruction”.This paper deals with the working ideas, operation mechanism, operating morphology and the working teams and pre- sents some measures to improve supervision quality. It points out that the ecology of teaching supervision lies in mechanism construction of supervision and instruction, teaching and supervi- sion, in class and after class, and professionals and technical experts.
