摘要
钢材的全氧含量作为钢材洁净度的量度是一个非常重要的指标,它反映了钢企的炼制水平。通过改进钢包到中包、中包到结晶器的密封,以及改善中包覆盖剂的吸附性能等方式,可以达到降低钢材全氧含量的目的。
As a measure of the steel cleanliness, the total oxygen content is an important indicator which reflects the smelting level of steel enterprises. The total oxygen content can be reduced by improving the sealing performance between ladle and tundish, tundish and mould; and by improving the adsorption property of tundish covering flux.
