摘要
垛板台是保证板坯连续生产的重要设备。主要设备故障是液压系统造成的,通过对板坯垛板台液压系统故障进行分析,找出液压缸上飘、溜车、泄漏的主要原因,提出故障处理方法和改进建议。为同类设备的运行维护提供参考意见,保证设备稳定运行。
Slab piler table is an important equipment for continuous slab production. Its key failure is caused by hydraulic system. By analyzing the hydraulic system failure for slab piler table, the primary causes for the hydraulic cylinder floating,slipping and leakage were found out, and the fault processing method and suggestions for improvement were proposed to make the equipment running stably, which can offer reference for a series of equipments.
