摘要
峰谷分时电价是需求侧管理的有效措施之一,是电力经济最有效的调节杠杆。合理的划分时段并制定电价可有效引导用户改变用电习惯,改善电能质量,保证电网资源的优化配置。如何公平合理地设计峰谷分时电价方案是确保其顺利实施的关键。针对峰谷分时电价决策模型进行综述,对其在国内外的发展现状进行概括和分析。具体给出几种常见的分时电价模型,总结分时电价的不同建模方法,最后展望峰谷分时电价的未来发展方向。
Peak-valley time-of-use (TOU) power price is one of effective measures to manage demand side,and the most effective adjustment lever of electric power economic.Dividing the time periods and setting the price reasonably can effectively guide the consumers to change their customs of electricity,improve power quality and ensure the optimal configuration of power system resources.How to fairly design the time-of-use power price is a key issue to ensure it to be implemented smoothly.A review is made of the TOU decision-making model,with its current development at home and abroad summed up and analyzed.Some common TOU models are given,and different modeling methods are summarized.Finally,the future development of TOU is discussed.
