摘要
针对凝结水精处理高速混床运行周期短、再生频繁的异常现象,通过解决现场设备存在的树脂量不足、输送过程中混脂、流量检测不准确及再生浓度不足等问题,提出了一套完整的再生系统优化操作程序。
A comprehensive improved operation process is put forward to deal with abnormal phenomena such as short running period and frequent regenerating of the condensate polishing high-speed mixed bed.In practice, this process can solve operation problems such as resin insufficiency,mixing resin in the conveying process,incorrect flow monitoring,and regenerative concentration insufficiency and so on.
