热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Reduning Injection Combined with Ceftriaxone for the Treatment of Acute Pneumonia

目的通过观察热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎的效果,分析热毒宁的临床药效。方法选择我院2012-02-2014-02间收治的80例急性肺炎患者,按照数字表格法随机分为两组,对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用热毒宁注射液治疗,1次/d,12 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,记录两组患者的症状改善时间,并比较两组治疗的有效率。结果观察组40例患者由肺炎引起的发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、胸片好转时间明显短于对照组患者所需要的时间,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗有效率对照组为75.0%,观察组为92.5%,两组差异显著。结论中药热毒宁注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗急性肺炎效果比单一头孢曲松钠治疗效果要好,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective By observing the Reduning injection joint ceftriaxone sodium injection for the treatment of acute pneumonia,to analyze the clinical efficacy of Reduning. Methods Selecting 80 cases with acute pneumonia in the hospital from Feb,2012 to Feb,2014,randomly dividing them into two groups according to digital method. The control group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with Reduning injection,1 time / d,12 days for a period of treatment. Treatment records of the symptom improvement time of the two groups of patients after a period of treatment were recorded to compare the efficiency of the two groups. Results The recovery time of fever,cough,sputum,lung rale and the sternum turnaround time of 40 patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. There was statistically significant difference in the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）; treatment effective rate in the control group was 75. 0%,and that in the observation group was 92. 5%. Significant difference was found in two groups. Conclusion Chinese medicine Reduning injection joint ceftriaxone sodium injection in the treatment of acute pneumonia has better treatment effect than single ceftriaxone sodium,so it is worth popularization in clinical use.
