自媒体的出现,不仅扩展了新闻传统传播途径,而且增大了网络医患危机爆发的风险。本文分析当前网络医患危机产生的原因和面临的新挑战,找出有效化解网络医患危机的措施。

Since the emergence of self- media,the route of traditional news transmission is extended,and the risk of doctor- patient relationship is increased. The causes of the doctor- patient crisis and the new challenges are analyzed,and effective measures are proposed to eliminate or ease the doctor- patient crisis.
