摘要
隐性知识虽不易用结构性概念加以描述、表现或传递,但在个人职业生活和发展中起着举足轻重的作用,是职业教育的重要内容。为此,本文运用教育学、心理学、管理学等的观点,在分析隐性知识基本特征及其传递特点的基础上,对职业教育中隐性知识的教学策略进行了探讨。
Though it' s difficult to identify and transmit tacit knowledge with structural concept, the tacit knowledge is important to student's vocation, and it is the key issue of vocational education.So, based on the feature and the transmitting process of tacit knowledge, the author discusses the teaching strategies in vocational education from the views of the pedagogy,psychology, management science and so on.
