摘要
目的采用响应曲面法对阿里红中总三萜酸成分进行提取。方法在单因素试验基础上,利用响应曲面法中心组合设计,采用超声波辅助萃取法对阿里红中总三萜酸提取工艺参数进行优化分析,选择超声功率、超声时间和超声温度作为优化因素,研究不同因素水平对阿里红总三萜酸得率的影响。结果通过响应面分析得到总三萜酸提取的最优条件:超声功率245.2 W、提取时间34.3 min、提取温度50.0℃。结论总三萜酸类化合物提取的实测结果与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值符合良好。
Objective To extract the total triterpenes from Fomes officinalis ames with response surface method Methods Based on the experiment of single factor ,the mathematical regression model was established about the de-pendent variable (extraction yield of triterpenes) and independent variables (Ultrasonic frequency,extraction time, extraction temperature ) through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology .Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follow:Ultrasonic power was 245.2 W,extraction time was 34.3 min,ex-traction temperature was 50.0 ℃.Conclusion Total triterpenoids extract experiment proved that there are good fit-ness between the predicted and actual value .
