音乐联合催眠治疗在产妇分娩期的疗效

Curative effect of music combined hypnosis therapy on parturient period

目的 探讨音乐联合催眠治疗对于产妇分娩期间血压、脉搏、胎心率和产后出血量的影响。方法 选取符合正常阴道分娩条件的产妇223例，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在分娩期运用音乐联合催眠方法，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组孕妇产时呼吸、脉搏、平均动脉压和产后出血量。结果 治疗组自然分娩率显著高于对照组（χ^2=6．49，P＜0．05），且新生儿阿氏评分显著高于对照组（χ^2分别为5．23、4．26、5．17，均P＜0．05），而产妇发生新生儿窒息率显著低于对照组（χ^2=4．38，P＜0．05）。治疗组产妇的总产程时间、产时及产后2小时出血量均显著低于对照组（ t值分别为16．34、15．24，均P＜0．05）。结论 在正常分娩产妇中应用音乐联合催眠方法具有减少呼吸、血压、脉搏的波动，明显减少产后出血量的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of music combined hypnosis therapy on blood pressure and pulse during childbirth , fetal heart rate and the amount of postpartum bleeding .Methods Meeting normal vaginal delivery conditions , 223 pregnant women were selected and they were divided into treatment group and control group .The treatment group accepted music combined hypnosis in childbirth , while the control group received routine nursing care .Breathing, pulse, mean arterial pressure and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between two groups .Results The natural birth rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （χ^2=6.49, P〈0.05）, and neonatal Apgar scores were significantly higher than those in the control group （χ^2value was 5.23, 4.26 and 5.17, respectively, all P〈0.05）.Neonatal asphyxia rate was significantly lower in the treatment group （χ^2=4.38,P〈0.05）.In the treatment group maternal total labor time , intrapartum and postpartum bleeding volume 2 hours after delivery were significantly lower than those in the control group （t value was 16.34 and 15.24, respectively, both P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of music combined hypnosis for parturients with normal delivery can reduce the changes of respiratory , blood pressure and pulse , and it also reduces the amount of postpartum hemorrhage .
