摘要
目的 调查四川地区孕产妇对新生儿遗传代谢病筛查相关知识的认知情况,为今后开展有效的新生儿疾病筛查健康教育提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样法,用自制问卷调查四川地区6家医疗机构2014年5月10至20日期间住院的孕产妇,并进行分析。结果 有79.4%的孕产妇通过不同医院宣传途径获知新生儿遗传代谢病筛查知识,仅有9.8%能够准确回答全部筛查内容,有93.9%认为进行新生儿遗传代谢病筛查是必要的,94.2%有意愿继续了解相关知识。经单因素分析显示,文化程度、职业、年均收入与答题正确率不同差异有统计学意义(χ^2分别为12.022、19.177、10.334,均P<0.05)。不同职业和年均收入是新生儿遗传代谢病筛查认知水平的独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2分别为16.630、10.267,均P<0.05)。结论 孕产妇认知水平较低且主动获知意识差,但被动学习意愿强,因此,以医院为主开展多渠道、多样化的健康教育工作以提高新生儿遗传代谢病筛查认知水平是很有必要的。
Objective To investigate the quantity and quality of family planning surgery in Haidian District in recent years and monitor the change trend of relevant data , so as to provide basis for family planning management .Methods Analysis was conducted on Beijing Quantity and Quality of Family Planning Surgery Quarterly Reports reported by 68 family planning medical institutions in Haidian District during 2008-2013.Results From October 1 of 2008 to September 30 of 2013 the decline of total number of family planning surgery was highest (10.26%).Most of the cases undergoing family planning surgery in various medical institutions in Haidian District were population from other places, and the constituent ratio was 61.77%-66.64%.Regarding family planning surgery type , artificial abortion occupied most and the constituent ratio was 60.28%-73.94%.Withdrawing ring has an upward trend (χ^2=374.375,P〈0.01) and medical abortion showed a declining trend (χ^2=1 072.393, P〈0.01).The rate of incomplete abortion and abortion failure in medical abortion increased in local population (χ^2value was 32.330 and 22.414, respectively, both P〈0.01).Painless abortion showed an increasing trend both in local population and population from other places (χ^2value was 407.983 and 281.004, respectively, both P 〈0.01).Conclusion Propaganda and guidance on contraceptive education should be further strengthened for floating population .Correct understanding and technical training for painless surgery need to be strengthened .
