摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与血清obestatin水平的相关性。方法收集CHD住院患者168例,根据颈动脉超声检查结果,将患者分为斑块组(颈动脉IMT≥1.3 mm)、增厚组(0.9 mm<颈动脉IMT<1.3 mm)、对照组(颈动脉IMT≤0.9 mm),测定并比较三组患者血清obestatin、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,分析血清obestatin、CRP及Hcy水平与颈动脉IMT的相关性。结果斑块组血清obestatin水平及颈动脉IMT显著高于增厚组及对照组,增厚组显著高于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01);斑块组血清CRP、Hcy水平明显高于增厚组及对照组,增厚组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血清obestatin、CRP及Hcy水平与颈动脉IMT呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CHD患者血清obestatin水平与颈动脉IMT呈正相关,血清obestatin水平可辅助判断CHD患者动脉粥样硬化程度。
Objective To investigate the correlation of carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT) and serum obestatin level in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD). Methods 168 cases of hospitalized patients with CHD were collected, according to the results of carotid ultrasonography, patients were divided into plaque group(carotid IMT≥1.3 mm), thickness group(0.9 mmcarotid IMT1.3 mm), control group(carotid IMT ≤0.9 mm). The levels of serum obestatin, C-reactive protein(CRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) were determined in of all CHD patients and compared among the three groups. The correlation of the levels of serum obestatin, CRP, Hcy and carotid IMT were analyzed. Results The levels of serum obestatin and carotid IMT in the plaque group were significantly higher than those in the thickness group and the control groups, which in the thickness group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01). The levels of serum CRP, Hcy in plaque group were obviously higher than those in the thickness group and the control group, which in the thickness group were obviously higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The levels of serum obestatin, CRP, Hcy and carotid IMT were positively correlated(P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum obestatin level and carotid IMT is positively correlated in patients with CHD, the level of serum obestatin can help to estimate the degree of atherosclerosis in patients with CHD.
