沿海地区脑梗死恢复期痰湿体质危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of coastal patients with phlegm-damp constitution in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction

目的 探讨沿海地区脑梗死恢复期痰湿体质危险因素特点。方法 选取2014年3~7月在山东省威海市中医院和蓬莱市中医院两家不同级别沿海地区医院就诊的脑梗死恢复期患者91例,分为痰湿质组42例和非痰湿质组49例,采用横断面研究方法,调查患者危险因素,包括一般资料（性别、年龄、职业特点、生活习惯、吸烟嗜好、饮酒嗜好、饮食偏嗜）和既往病史（肥胖、高血压病、糖尿病、心脏疾病、血脂异常、卒中）。结果 经t检验,痰湿质组患者年龄高于非痰湿质患者（P〈0.05）;经χ^2检验,痰湿质组患者嗜食油腻肥厚比例低于非痰湿质组（P〈0.05）,而痰湿质组患者血脂异常病史、心脏疾病史、卒中病史比例高于非痰湿质组（P〈0.05）。结论 沿海地区脑梗死恢复期痰湿体质危险因素特点明显,应注重因地制宜防治。

Objective To explore characteristics of risk factors of coastal patients with phlegm-damp constitution in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction. Methods 91 cases of patients in recocery phase of cerebral infraction from Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Weihai City and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Penglai City from March to July 2014 were chosen. There were 42 cases in the phlegm-dampness group and 49 cases in the non phlegmdampness group. Cross-section study was used. Risk factors including general information（gender, age, professional characteristics, life style, smoking, drinking, food preference） and past medical history（obesity, hypertensive disease,diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, dyslipidemia, apoplexy） were investigated. Results t-test results showed that the average age of patients in phlegm-damp constitution group was older than patients in non phlegm-dampness constitution group（P〈 0.05）. χ2test results indicated that ratio of cases on preference of greasy food in phlegm-damp constitution group was lower than that in non phlegm-dampness constitution group（P〈0.05）, but the ratio of patients with medical history of dyslipidemia, cardiac disease, apoplexy in phlegm-damp constitution group were higher than those in non phlegm-dampness constitution group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are obvious characteristics on risk factors of coastal patients with phlegm-damp constitution in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction, thus preventive measures and treatments should be applied to suit local conditions
