精神分裂症暴力行为的研究进展

Research progress on violence in schizophrenia

公众认为精神分裂症常与暴力行为有关。精神分裂症患者的攻击暴力行为常常威胁到社会、家庭、医护人员及患者自身的人身安全,已经成为一个迫切需要解决的社会问题。本文从神经认知、神经影像学研究等方面对精神分裂症暴力行为的研究进展进行综述。

In public perception, schizophrenia is often associated with violence. Violent and aggressive behaviors in schizophrenic patients often threaten the safety of society, families, health care workers and patients themselves. It has become an urgent social problem to be solved. This review focused on the research progress of neurocognitive and neu-roimaging on violence in schizophrenia.
