摘要
基于过氧化氢氧化原理,采用低压离子色谱-电导检测器,建立了轻工产品(皮革、竹席)中甲醛和戊二醛的快速检测方法,实验过程包括:试剂制备、样品的预处理、色谱条件的优化、分析方法的评价。甲醛和戊二醛的色谱条件为:柱长14 cm,洗脱流速0.80 m L/min,进样体积300μL,反应圈长度5 m。该条件下,各种醛的线性范围为0.1 mg/L^20.0 mg/L,仪器检出限分别为1.6 mg/kg和2.8 mg/kg,方法的回收率高于98.6%,该方法成功应用于轻工产品中甲醛和戊二醛的测定。
A method was developed for the determination of formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde in light industrial products (leathers and bamboo mat) using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant followed by Low Pressure Ion Chromatography-conductivity detector. Test process included: reagent preparation, sample pretreatment, optimizations of chromatographic condition and evaluation of the method. The chromatographic conditions of the formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde:column length was 14 cm, elution flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, injection volume was 300μL, and reaction loop length was 5m. Under these conditions, the linear range was 0.1 mg/L^20.0 mg/L, the quantification limits for the desired compounds were 1.6 mg/kg and 2.8 mg/kg, and the recoveries were higher than 98.6%. The proposed method was successfully applied for determining formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde in leathers.
