摘要
目的:比较地佐辛与芬太尼复合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃镜诊疗中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:将300例无痛胃镜的患者随分为三组:芬太尼复合丙泊酚组(F组)、地佐辛复合丙泊酚组(D组)、丙泊酚组(P组),每组100例,观测丙泊酚的用量、意识恢复时间、诱导前、诱导后、胃镜置入时、退镜时等不同时间点时MAP、HR、RR、Sp O2,以及呼吸抑制时间和术后恶心呕吐、头晕胃痛等不良反应的发生率。结果:三组中,术中丙泊酚的用量在P组中最大;诱导时、组织钳夹时P组血压、心率波动最大,F组呼吸抑制明显,D组不同时间点时MAP、HR、RR、Sp O2无明显变化。术后不良反应F组呼吸抑制明显,胃痛不良反应在D组中最低。结论:地佐辛复合丙泊酚可作为内镜检查的一种安全、有效的麻醉方式。
Objective:To compare the analgesic effect of dezocine and fentanyl combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Method:300 patients with painless gastroscopy patients were divided into three groups: fentanyl and propofol group(F group); the dezocine combined with propofol group(D group);the propofol group(P group),100 patients in each group.The propofol dosage, the consciousness recovery time, before induction, after induction, gastroscope, back mirror different time point MAP, HR, RR, Sp O2, and nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and other adverse reactions and dizziness respiratory inhibition time and the incidence of postoperative were observed. Result: In the three group, intraoperative propofol dosage in the P group, the largest; induction, tissue clamping P group, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation maximum, F group of respiratory inhibition significantly, D group at different time point MAP, HR, RR, Sp O2 had no obvious change. Postoperative adverse reaction in group F of respiratory inhibition obvious adverse reactions in D group the lowest stomachache. Conclusion:Dezocine combined with propofol can be used as a safe, effective anesthesia method for endoscopy.
