摘要
近年来,糖尿病的发病率逐年升高,其中80%是2型糖尿病,已经严重影响了糖尿病患者的生活质量,也给糖尿病患者的家庭带来了沉重的经济负担。其中家族遗传和环境因素是导致糖尿病的共同病因。为了能够更好地预防和治疗糖尿病及延缓其各种并发症的进展,2型糖尿病发病的本质和发生发展过程成为了目前关注的焦点。炎症过程被相关研究证实在2型糖尿病的发生发展过程中有着不容忽视的作用,而IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)又是炎症各环节中非常重要的因子。所以若了解了IL-6及CRP的生理功能及在致病过程中的作用,有针对性地阻断这一环节,那么在糖尿病的预防和治疗方面将会有很大的进展。本文旨在具体介绍IL-6、CRP的生理功能及其如何参与糖尿病及其并发症的进展过程。
Recent years, incidences of diabetes increased year after year, and 80% of this disease are type 2 diabetes.It has affected the patients' quality of lives seriously, and also brings such heavy economic burden to the family. Recently, some researchers show that the common causes of diabetes are the genetics and environmental factors. In order to have a better prevention and treatment, delay its complications progressing, some researchers focus on the etiology and development processing of the type 2 diabetes. And further more, some researchers show that the inflammation plays a very important role in the development of type 2 diabetes. IL-6 and CRP is very important factor of each link in inflammation. So, if we understand the role of IL-6, CRP in physiological functions and study how to lead to this disease, and block this link targeted, we'll have a big improvement in diabetes' prevention and treatment. This article aims to introduce IL-6 and CRP's physiological functions and how to participate in the progressing of diabetes and its complications.
