摘要
滤波是零件表面形貌评定的重要内容之一。随着三维表面测量技术的快速发展,传统的滤波方法已不太能适应三维表面的分析与评定,鉴于此,提出了基于剪切波的零件表面三维滤波方法。该方法以高清测量得到的三维表面数据为输入,使用一种新的多尺度几何分析工具—剪切波(Shearlets)进行滤波。对该方法进行仿真和实例验证,并与ISO 11562规定的高斯滤波器进行比较分析。结果表明,剪切波滤波能很好地将不同的表面成分分离开来。
Filtering is one of the most important parts in surface texture evaluation. With the rapid development of3 D surface measuring technique,traditional filtering methods can't cope with the new condition well. In light of this,a filtering method of 3D engineering surface based on shearlet is proposed. The 3D surface data obtained by high definition metrology is the input of the proposed method,and a new multi-scale geometric analysis( MGA) toolshearlet,is adopted in the filtering of 3D surfaces. A simulation experiment and a case study are conducted to evaluate the proposed method; also the proposed method is compared with the current ISO 11562 standardized Gaussian filter.The results demonstrate that shearlet filtering is effective in the separation of different surface components.
