摘要
国内很多油气田对压缩机机组的维修管理还是基于事后维修和定期大修的管理模式,该文提出了基于压缩机组性能监测与故障诊断基础上的预知维修技术,在阐述了预知维修系统、步骤及预知维修管理制度内容之后,通过某增压站机组现场监测结果,结合机组日常维修及大修检测数据,研究分析机组性能状态、存在问题、以及故障发生原因、形成机理、发展规律及发生周期等,预测机组运行将会出现的故障,并给出合理的维修决策。基于性能监测的预知维修技术对提升机组运行性能,减少停机及安全事故,提高经济效益具有非常重要的意义。
Compressor management of most of the domestic oilgas field are still in the management model of breakdown maintenance and regular maintenance. The predictive maintenance( PDM) technology was proposed based on the performance monitoring and fault diagnosis of compressor units. After the content of PDM,its working steps and institution were elaborated,Through analyzing the compressor units performance monitoring data of a station site,and combining the routine maintenance and overhauled data,so the fault causes,its forming mechanism,developing laws and occurence period could be well managed to predict that when the fault will occur,and then give out a reasonable maintenance decision. It was significant that the PDM technology based on performance monitoring can improve the units' performance,reduce the downtime and accidents,and enhance the economic benefits.
