摘要
针对目前链式传动自行车存在的问题以及现代都市生活理念的变化设计了一款新型无链折叠式自行车,提出了设计创新点,并对无链式传动原理及折叠方式进行了详细阐述。通过数字化设计完成了无链折叠自行车零部件的三维建模、装配、工业设计效果展示、机构的运动仿真,有限元分析验证主要部件结构的合理性。
Aiming at the problems existing in the bicycle chain transmission and the change of the concept of modern urban life a new non-chain folding bike has been designed. The design innovation point, non-chain transmission principle and the folding way are described in detail. The non-chain folding bicycle parts of 3D modeling,assembly,display effect of industrial design,kinematic simulation,finite element analysis to verify the rationality of the structure of main components are completed through the digital design.
