摘要
针对结构动静刚度分析及优化问题,结合CAD/CAE集成技术,进行了CAD参数化建模子系统和CAE有限元分析子系统的集成开发,建立了一种面向结构动静态性能的集成分析及优化框架,并提出了一种基于近似模型的集成优化设计方法。以某高速电主轴为研究对象,搭建了面向电主轴"转轴-轴承-电机转子"系统的集成分析及优化框架,并在集成环境下进行了动静态性能分析,进而综合试验设计、近似模型以及优化算法,建立了基于近似模型的多目标优化设计模型,最终实现了"转轴-轴承-电机转子"系统结构参数的多目标集成优化设计。结果表明,所提集成优化方法是可行有效的。
To solve the analysis and optimization problems of the dynamic and static stiffness,combined with the CAD / CAE integration technology,had an integrated development of CAD parametric modeling subsystem and CAE finite element analysis subsystem. The framework of integrated analysis and optimization for onented structural dynamic and static characteristics was built and an integrated optimization method based on approximation was proposed. The high-speed electric spindle was taken as the research object,the framework of integrated analysis and optimization oriented the electric spindle shaft-bearing-rotor was built. Based on the integrated environment,the analysis of dynamic and static characteristics was completed. Then combined with experiment design,approximated model and optimization algorithm,a multi-objective optimization model based on approximation was built and the structural parameters of the shaft-bearing-rotor system were optimized. The results demonstrate the proposed integrated optimization method is feasible and effective.
