一种基于叉指式电极的牛奶体细胞数快速检测方法 被引量:3

摘要 牛奶体细胞数是评价牛奶质量好坏的一项重要指标。电检测方法是一种较容易实现自动化的快速检测技术。本文在已有牛奶体细胞数检测方法的研究基础上,结合传感器技术,提出了一种基于叉指式电极的快速检测方法,建立了牛奶样品的等效电路,验证了该方案的可行性。结果表明,测试奶样的电阻部分RS与奶牛的患病等级呈线性相关。该测试方法方便、快捷,可为牛奶体细胞数快速检测仪器的研制奠定一定的基础。 Milk somatic cell count(SCC)is an important index for the evaluation of milk quality.The electrical detection method is a relatively easy technology for fast automatic detection.A new SCC fast detection method with interdigitated microelectrodes which was based on the previous researches and the sensor technology was studied in this work.The equivalent circuit of milk samples was made and the feasibility of this scheme was verified.The results show that there was a linear relationship between the resistance part of the milk samples(RS)and the cow disease level.This test method is convenient,quick and lay a certain foundation for the development of SCC fast detection instrument.
