民用飞机导航性能实时评估与监视技术研究

Research on Civil Aviation Navigation Performance Real-time Evaluating and Monitoring Technology

民机能否在指定空域中安全有效地运行,很大程度上取决于机载导航系统的实际导航性能能否满足航路所需导航性能的要求。导航性能实时评估与监视是民航飞机实施所需导航性能运行的关键技术。结合民用飞机所需导航性能(RNP)航空运行的迫切需求,本文分别对飞行中实际导航性能的评估方法和导航性能监视技术进行了研究,为RNP系统导航性能监视的实现提供了理论基础和技术支持。

The actual navigation performance （ANP） of the airborne navigation system determines whether the aircraft can fly on the route of certain navigation safely. The navigation performance evaluating and monitoring in real time is the key technology for civil aircraft to perform the required navigation performance （RNP） operation. Combining the insistent demands for civil aircraft to perform the RNP operation, the actual navigation performance evaluation method and the navigation performance monitoring technology are respectively researched.
