基岩段立井井筒与箕斗装载硐室整体冻结技术

摘要 石拉乌素煤矿主井设计净直径9.4m,井深748.3m,全深冻结,冻结深度760m,井筒与箕斗装载硐室整体冻结,取得了良好的效果。阐述了冻结深度、冻结壁厚度、冻结壁平均温度的确定方法,给出了冻结管布置方式与整体冻结温度场实测数据。实践表明,在工程量可控的情况下,适当增加造孔工程量,在装载硐室附近形成整体冻结帷幕,对于硐室安全快速施工,意义重大。 A mine main shaft of Shila Wusu Mine had a designed net diameter of 9.4m and a full depth of 748.3m. The mine main shaft was frozen in a full depth and had a freezing depth of 760m. A comple ted freezing of the mine shaft and skip loading chamber was conducted and excellent effect was ob tained. The paper stated the determination method of the freezing depth,freezing wall thickness and average temperature of the freezing wall and provided the layout method of the freezing pipes and the site measured data of the completed freezing temperature field. The practices showed that under the controlled condition of the engineering quantity,with borehole drilling loads properly increased,a com pleted freezing curtain formed near the skip loading chamber would have great significances to a safety and rapid construction of the skip loading chamber.
