摘要
概述了可再生燃料电池的工作原理和特性;介绍了国外可再生燃料电池的空间应用,在"太阳神"无人机和平流层飞艇上的设计验证经验,以及国内的技术发展水平;分析了可再生燃料电池系统应用于空间电源所要解决的系统优化设计、电解器和燃料电池的高性能及安全性设计、功率控制器的集成化设计、氢气/氧气的空间储存及后处理等关键技术;提出了用于空间电源的可再生燃料电池系统初步设计方案,对系统的组成和工作流程、各子系统的功能和设计方式进行了论述,可为我国未来的新型航天器电源系统设计提供参考。
The working principles of RFC (regenerative fuel cell) are summarized in the paper.Then the application of RFC in space,the application and design experience of Helios unmanned plane and airships,and the development status of RFC in China are surveyed.For the space utilization of RFC,the optimization design of RFC system,safety and advanced performance design of electrolyser and fuel cells,integration design of power controller,and store and post-process of hydrogen and oxygen are analyzed.Based on the analysis,the primary design of RFC system applied in space is proposed,and can be a reference for the design of the electrical power of future advanced spacecraft in China.
