摘要 分析城市化与环境系统的耦合关系,阐述了耦合度的理论,并基于耦合度模型定量分析了江苏城市化与环境系统的耦合关系。结果表明,1994—1996年耦合度从0.486 6下降到0.483 1,系统一直处于颉颃阶段;1997—2003年系统耦合度由0.490 3上升到0.500 1,2003年进入磨合阶段,这是由于江苏省第三产业发展迅速,产业结构发生了改变,生产过程中排放到环境中的污染物减少;2004—2010年系统耦合度有一定波动,但一直处于颉颃状态。 This paper aims to introduce our study and analysis of the coupling relationship between the urbanization and environmental systems, and describe the coupling degree theory. Based on the coupling degree model, we have made a quantitative analysis of the coupling between urbanization and environmental systems in Jiangsu province. The results of our investigation shows: the coupling degree had decreased from 0.486 6 to 0.483 1 during the period of 1994--1996. The antagonistic system has been in that stage due to the fast development of urbanization in the province. The rampant development of the urban areas has led to booming-up of energy consumption and irregular garbage and waste discharge, thus bringing about the imbalanced relation between the urban development and the surrounding eco-environment. And, since then, the coupling degree of the two has continuously risen from 0.490 3 to 0.500 1 from 1997 to 2003. During this second period, the relation between the two has come to a running-in stage. It indicates that the relation between the two has gradually come to a favorable situation due to the vigorous development of the tertiary industry in the province. And, accordingly, the industrial structure has changed or transformed into a harmonious and proportional state between the heavy industry and light industry, particularly a noticeable reduction of chemical production. And, in turn, it has tremendously cut down the pollutant emission and lowered the envi- ronmental pressure. With more and more vigorous investment into the environmental protection items, the quality of eco-environment has been greatly improved in comparison with the previous stage. Over the period 2004 - 2010, the coupling degree of the two sides, seen from the volatility state, demonstrated that the provincial government began to attach more and more attention to the importance of the eco- logical environment. However, since there had not been systematic legitimatized forceful environmental protection policy, the provincial government hash' t yet proclaimed and implemented stable policy in environmental protection. The clear fact is that the fast development of urbanization has brought about pressure and destruction to the eco- logical environment, which demands us to regulate and coordinate the relationship between the urban development and environmental protection so as to achieve the goal of harmonious development between urbanization and environment.
