为促进边疆中心医院卫勤保障能力不断提升,本文提出"四零"保障模式:科学卫勤预测,力求现场保障零差错;畅通信息渠道,力求迟诊误治零发生;充实拳头力量,力求应急应战零延迟;完善保障机制,力求实施过程零障碍。

To improve medical support capability and efficiency of the hospital located in the borderland , a“Four Zero” medical support mode is proposed , which were of scientific medical support prediction ability to ensure the zero error of live support , the clear information channel to ensure the zero occurrence of late diagnosis and wrong therapy , the strengthened elite power to ensure the zero delay of the emergency treat and fight , and consum-mated support mechanism to ensure the zero obstacle of implementation .
