摘要
目的了解医院行政总值班中存在的缺陷,分析原因和探讨其改进方法。方法发放调查表及查看有关会议记录,查看院外民众意见箱,回拨来电,询问医院行风社会监督员,调查资料采用SPSS 11.5进行统计分析。结果服务态度相关性缺陷率2.41%,业务技能相关性缺陷率23.37%,两大类缺陷率比较,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论医院行政总值班是保障医疗安全的重要防线和服务民众的重要窗口,应持续质量改进,不断提高值班人员的综合素质。
Objective:The aims were to understand the defects and rationale on administration duty in the hospital and explore the countermeasures .Methods:Questionnaires were used;the meeting records were reviewed of administration duty in the hospital; the complaint box and callbacks were checked out , hospital supervisors of prevalent work-attitude were interviewed .The data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5.Results:The defective rate of service attitude was 2 .41%, the defective rate of professional skills was 23 .37%.There were significant differ-ences in two types of defects ( P&lt;0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Hospital administration duty is important to guarantee medi-cal security , serve for people .So we should improve the quality of it continuously and constantly .
