The Influences of Separating Dispensing from Prescription Policy on Military Medical University Affiliated Hospital and Countermeasures

国家医改实施的取消药品加成后,国家拿出8 900亿分三年对医院进行补贴,而军队医院不在补贴之列,作为军队医疗卫生力量的重要组成部分,本文分析军医大学附属医院所受到的影响及应对措施。

After implementing the canceling the drug add -discount policy in the of national health re-form, 890 billion yuan of the budget were used in for public hospital subsidies in three years , but which do not in-clude an important part of public hospitals --the military hospital .In this paper , the author analyzed the influ-ences of these policy on the development of military medical university affiliated hospital .
