2014年安康被国家发改委、国家环保部确定为"国家主体功能区建设试点示范市"之一。其饮食文化颇具特色,相关翻译工作对当地的旅游及经济发展起着重要作用。根据生态翻译学理论,从语言、文化、交际三个维度探讨安康特产名称的翻译,试提出更有效的翻译策略。

In 2014, Ankang city was appointed by NDRC and MEP as one of the demonstration cities of na？tional main functional area pilot construction. Given its particular diet culture, the translation work of the tourism products plays an important role in the development of its tourism industry and economy. Thus, this paper will try to give more accurate translations of Ankang specialties names by three-dimensional transformations in the perspec？tive of ecotranstology.
