摘要
BIM技术中模型建立是基于建筑构件层面上的面向对象参数化模型建立过程.BIM模型具有丰富的建筑信息且能够达到对建筑物构件层面和建筑物内部的管理.BIM与GIS结合能够实现建筑遗产信息的全生命周期管理,可以解决GIS在建筑遗产信息管理中的"信息孤岛"问题.以府学胡同36号院为典型样例,重点研究利用点云逆向建立传统木结构古建筑构件BIM"族"模型及古建筑BIM模型,最终将建立的古建筑信息模型在GIS环境下实现共享.为规模化古建筑"族"库的开发探索技术方法,以实现建筑遗产信息的全生命周期管理、为古建筑正向修复重建和仿古建筑的模型设计提供依据.
In BIM, the model is established in the object-oriented process with parameters based on the level of building components. The BIM model is full of building information and can manage the building inner information in the level of building components. Integration of BIM and GIS can realize the life- cycle management of the architectural heritage, which can solve the problem of ' Islands of information' for GIS in the management of architectural heritage information. This study chose the Fuxue Hutong 36# yard as an example, focusing on the research of how to build BIM ' family' by point cloud. And the ancient architecture BIM models were built and shared in the GIS environment finally. The development of large-scale professional ' family' library can be provided of theory and method, which can realize the life-cycle management of the architectural heritage and provide the foundation for the positive repairing and reconstruction of the ancient architecture.
