摘要
实施本科教学质量工程的主旨就是引导高校加强内涵建设,形成重视教学、重视质量的良好环境和管理机制,实现高等教育规模、结构、质量和效益协调发展。本文拟引入全面质量管理理念,根据戴明PDCA循环模式,对质量工程项目申报、立项、检查、验收、推广各环节建立健全评价指标体系,实施项目全程质量监控,实现全过程质量管理。
The aim of implementing undergraduate teaching quality engineering is to guide universities to strengthen connotative con- struction, forming good environment and management mechanisms of emphasizing on teaching and teaching quality, so as to achieve the coordinated development of scales, structure, quality and efficiency of higher education. This paper introduces the concept of total quality management, based on Deming' s PDCA cycle mode, establishes the evaluation index system concerning the declaration, approval, inspection, acceptance, extension and so on, implementing the total quality control on the project and realizing quality management throughout the total process.
