摘要
英语教学的出发点和归宿是培养交际能力,特别是实时口语交际能力。本文从在校大学生的"聋哑英语"现状出发,提出了外语交际能力的本质特征是突然性这一全新理论,并在此理论基础上提出了三种行之有效的培养学生实时口语交际能力的方法。
The beginning and ending of English teaching is to acquire communicative abilities, especially the real-time communicative ability. This essay, starting from the current situation of the numb English learners, puts forward a whole new theory--the suddenness theory, the essential feature of foreign languages' communicative abilities, and based on this, it puts forward three effective methods of teaching and learning.
