摘要
为把劳瑞模型用于分析城市发展过程中不同区域人口和就业的动态分布,研究了劳瑞模型及其改进形式的基本思想与存在的问题,引入种群生长曲线模拟基础产业发展,将人口和土地等限制条件通过模型本身的约束条件表达,提出一种劳瑞模型的动态改进形式。利用动力模型的迭代算法求得与时间相关的动态产业增长矩阵,反映了城市发展中各区域经济发展速度之间的关系。最后通过算例对模型进行了检验,指出由模型求得的人口和就业分布边界值收敛于土地等限制条件。
To use Lowry Model to study the dynamic distribution of population and employment in the urbanization progress,the basic assumptions and some insufficient of Lowry Model and other improved models were analyzed,then the curve of population was appplied to simulate the evolution of basic-industry. On base of that,a new improved model was proposed to combine with constraints such as population and land-use. It obtained a dynamic increasing matrix to reflect the different developing speed in different areas among a city. Finally,an example was given to test this model,the result shows that its boundary value converges to constraints above.
