基于变权层次分析法的拥挤收费路径选择研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用变权层次分析法,对拥堵收费状态下出行者路径选择决策问题进行分析研究,将路径选择的结构划分为目标层A、准则层C、准则层D和措施层P。选取以logit模型为准则层的权重的激励(惩罚)变权,综合考虑每条路径行驶费用、行驶时间、行驶距离及路径基础设施状况对于目标层的评价值,通过微调收费价格使路网中的每条路径的组合权重与该路的通行能力的比值相等,出行者按照评定的优先级向量,进行路径选择。最后,通过算例来说明如何应用该方法来提高路网利用度,引导出行者出行。 Traveler route choice decisions were analyzed by using variable-weight analytical hierarchy process,and the overall structure of the index system was divided into four levels,target A,criteria C,criteria D and measures P. The logit model was selected as the incentives( penalties) variable weights of the standard layer. And taking into account the influence of cost,travel time,travel distance and route infrastructure conditions on the target evaluation value,the price charged was adjusted until each path combination weight equals to the ratio of its capacity. Then,travelers can select the path according to the priority vectors. Finally,an example was given to illustrate how the government formulates a charging strategy to improve network utilization and guide people to make reasonable choices.
