摘要
针对近洋航线下班轮运输的空箱调运优化问题,分析了班轮空箱调运总成本的构成;依据班轮近洋多港挂靠循环航线特征及其货流不平衡性特点,提出了滚动多航班空箱调运整体优化的思想;以班轮空箱调运总成本最小为目标,建立考虑在途库存成本的滚动多航班班轮空箱调运优化模型;算例分析结果验证了模型的适用性和有效性。
In view of the allocation optimization problem of empty containers in short-sea service for liner carriers,the composition of total empty container allocation cost in liner service was analyzed. The idea of global optimization of empty container allocation with rolling multi-voyage was pointed out based on the features of cycle multi-port call route in short sea liner service,as well as the characteristics of its unbalanced container cargo direction and demand. The rolling multi-voyage empty containers allocation optimization model of multi-port call in short sea liner service was established with the objective of minimizing the total cost of empty containers allocation on the premise that both the customers' requirements of empty containers and loaded containers were satisfied. The results of an empirical study verify the feasibility and efficiency of this model.
