浅谈柴油机油发展对腐蚀性能影响及对策

摘要 通过对腐蚀问题产生的原因及评价方法介绍,说明柴油机油腐蚀性能的重要性;同时对发动机新技术采用、柴油机油规格提升、代用燃料应用等对油品腐蚀性能的影响进行详细分析,指出柴油机油发展使油品腐蚀性能的矛盾日益突出。另外通过对金属减活剂、某些清净剂和新型添加剂等资料总结,给出了解决现代柴油机油腐蚀问题的方案。 The significance of the corrosion in diesel engine was illustrated by bringing up the problem of corrosion and its evaluated method. At the same time, it’s more and more serious to contradict between the development of diesel engine oil and corrosion after detailed analysis on the influences of corrosion on engine technology and alternative fuel et al. In addition, the project was provided to solve corrosion of modern diesel engine oil by summarizing on previous studies on influencing factors of metal passivator, detergent and some new additives on oil’s corrosive property.
