摘要
焦炭塔是延迟焦化装置的核心设备之一,一般处理减压渣油、重质原油等重质油品,操作工况恶劣:塔体在预定的时间内承受温度压力由低到高然后由高到低以及介质重量大小的交替变化。作为支撑整个塔体的裙座同时承受着温度、压力和重量的交替变化,因此裙座的结构,就显得尤为重要。本文对焦炭塔的几种裙座连接结构和辅助措施进行了介绍和分析探讨,并对裙座结构的设计和选用给出了一些建议。
Coking tower was one of the main equipment for delayed coking unit. When the heavy oil such as VR ( vacuum residue) and heavy crude oil were disposed, the operating condition for the coking tower was gross. In fixed time, the temperature and the pressure went from low to high, and then from high to low, the weight bearing for the tower was also changing. For the skirt which supported the whole tower should also bear the changing of temperature, pressure and weight, so the structure for the skirt was very important. Some coking tower skirt connecting structure and the auxiliary measures were introduced and analyzed, and then some suggestions were proposed for the designing and choosing the skirt.
