浅谈中国类风湿关节炎治疗现状及存在问题 被引量：4

摘要 在过去的10年间,随着诊断、治疗研究的不断深入、新型DMARDs尤其是生物DMARDs的开发及临床使用,RA的治疗理念、治疗手段已发生了变化.在此期间,ACR和EULAR相继提出DMARDs治疗RA应用推荐并进行了更新[1-2],中华医学会风湿病学分会也推出了治疗指南[3],在全国范围内大力推广规范治疗,促进了RA治疗的进步与提高.由于国内临床研究相对滞后,中国RA的治疗仍存在一些悬而未决以及迫切需要临床推广的问题,现提出讨论如下.
