摘要
核电厂抗震设计规范作为核电规范标准体系的重要组成,对于保障核电厂在遭遇地震作用下能够安全停堆或安全运行起着至关重要的作用。我国对现行核电厂抗震设计规范GB50267-97的修订工作已经完成,并于2012年形成了修订送审稿。本文针对核电厂抗震设计规范GB50267-97规范与2012年修订送审稿的差异,进行了全面的比较研究。同时,结合美国和法国两国核电标准中有关抗震设计与中国2012修订送审稿的差异性进行了分析,探究造成不同规范间差异的原因及影响。
The code for seismic design of the nuclear power plants is an important part of nuclear power code system,and it plays a visital role to insure the nuclear power plant to shut down or keep running saftly under the earthquake. Now our country has completed the revision work of the code for seismic design of the nuclear power plant GB50267- 97,and formed the submitted version in 2012. In this paper,it is studied that the differences of different versions of the codes for seismic design of nuclear power plant,which include GB50267- 97 and 2012 submitted version. At the same time,the seismic design codes of the nuclear power standards of the United States and France are compared with those of China,and it also studied the causes and influnences of the differences between different codes.
