多种无创性检测指标的变化与老年冠心病患者相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨多种无创检测指标与老年冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法:64例冠心病患者随机分为单支组及多支组,32名健康体检者作对照组,检测并分析血液各生物化学指标及动脉硬度指标。结果:CHD患者NO水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而内皮素-1(ET-1)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中多支组ET-1水平显著高于单支组(P<0.05)。各组间超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CHD患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中多支组baPWV显著高于单支组(P<0.05)。CHD发病风险与ET-1、baPWV呈显著相关性(P<0.05),而与血NO水平、hs-CRP无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:老年人冠状动脉内皮功能受损和动脉弹性降低与CHD发生密切相关,ET-1和baPWV可作为预测老年冠状动脉病变程度的重要指标。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between noninvasive detection indexes and coronary heart disease(CHD)in senile patients.Methods:Sixty-four CHD patients were randomly divided into single vessel group(n=32)and multiple vessel group(n=32),and the control group included 32 healthy individuals.The serum biochemical indexes and artery hardness were detected and analyzed.Results:The serum nitric oxide(NO)level in CHD patients was significantly lower than that in control groups(P〈0.05),while the endothelin 1(ET-1)level was markedly higher than that in control groups(P〈0.05),and the ET-1 level in multiple vessel group was obviously lower than that in single vessel group(P〈0.05).The hs-CRP level had no significant differences among three groups(P〈0.05).The level of brachial-ankle artery pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in CHD patients was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05),and the baPWV level in the multiple vessel group was higher than that in single vessel group(P〈0.05).The onset risk of CHD was obviously related with the ET-1 and baPWV levels(P〈0.05),but not with serum NO and hs-CRP levels(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The coronary endothelial dysfunction and arterial elasticity decrease in the aged were closely related with CHD,and the ET-1 and baPWV may be important indexes for prediction of elderly coronary artery lesion.
