摘要
钢化玻璃绝缘子具有"零值自破"、使用寿命长、强度大、便于检测、耐雷击等特点,成为高压、超高压、特高压输电线路的主要构件之一。本文介绍了钢化玻璃绝缘子材料、结构设计、制造技术、防污闪涂层技术等方面的研究进展,并对将来的研究方向进行了展望。
Toughened glass insulator has been becoming main candidate for components of high voltage, extrahigh voltage, ultra-high voltage transmission lines due to self-shattering, long service life, high strength, convenient maintainment, and lightning withstand characteristics. The research progress of toughened glass insulators'including materials, structure design, manufacturing technology and anti-pollution fashover coating is reviewed in this paper. Research directions for the future are subsequently suggested.
